Remote Visual Inspection (R.V.I)

Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), commonly performed with a Borescope, employs a flexible or rigid articulating camera that can be rotated up to 90° and inserted through openings as small as 6–10 mm to inspect confined or hard-to-reach spaces. This allows inspectors to obtain clear visual data without dismantling equipment.

Technique capability:

  • Accesses areas with minimal reach or restricted entry.
  • Provides high-resolution visual capture and recording.
  • Ideal for inspection in confined, complex, or hazardous geometries.
